Kristi is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience and a diverse clinical background in primary care, urgent care, hospital medicine, and critical care. Her experience across multiple healthcare settings allows her to bring a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic medical conditions.
Kristi began her nursing career in hospital-based care, developing a strong foundation in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and the management of complex medical conditions.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she gained extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in medical-surgical and intensive care units, including seven years of critical care experience. She also served in nursing leadership roles, including Relief Coordinator and Nursing Supervisor, helping oversee clinical operations and coordinate patient care.
After advancing her education and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kristi expanded her clinical experience into family medicine, urgent care, and hospital medicine.
Her professional background includes providing comprehensive primary care, conducting wellness examinations, treating acute illnesses and injuries, and caring for hospitalized patients.
Through these experiences, Kristi has developed a well-rounded understanding of healthcare needs across different stages of life.
